7. Early Intervention & Play school: Ground floor is well designed has colourful classrooms for early intervention and pre-primary. It has a play room with various Educational toys, Sensory toys and Ball pool.
8. Therapy Centre: The therapy room is well planned with latest equipments like matrix, disc swing, trampoline etc with therapist always around to guide providing necessary physical & sensory integration therapy with help of physio balls, weights, theraband, mirror & other aids.
9. Garden area:Garden area: It has slide, swing, climbing rope and Round about.
10. Aqua therapy: Aqua therapy: Aqua therapy helps in relaxation as well as refreshment.
11. GYM Room: The Gymnasium runs under the supervision of Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapists. It consists of treadmill, stationery cycle, parallel bars.
12. Refreshment Area Ground floor: Water cooler and Tea coffee machine.
    1. 1st floor: There are three classrooms for primary & secondary sections on 1st floor.
    2. 2nd floor: There are two classrooms for primary & secondary sections on 2nd floor.
    3. Ranna Ashok Modi Vocational Skill Training Centre consists of the two classrooms on 1st floor.
